I think that it is important for the consumer being both the business and the end user in a digital market understand the role that they are playing in each others lives, and the marketer understanding that they are the glue in the relationship between these two. If these two don&#039;t get along or forget how to understand each other they will be drawn to look for tail elsewhere.</description>
